Custom design waterslide printers
#1

The waterslide printer I've used ever since I started doing re-paints is MIA.
I've recently tried a chap on Etsy, but I'm disappointed with the sheet he did for me.  I really don't want to use the decals as they are not sharp enough for my liking.

Who do you all use, please?

Best regards,
Stuart.

Colin is highly recommended by me as well.   Thumbup

However, he hasn't been on here for more than 3 years, similar on SFI, and a year or more on Facebook.  He isn't responding to e-mails I've sent him recently, either.
I know he did have problems with IT, including his printer, a while back.

Best regards,
Stuart.

Not been on the forums for some time but still very active on Facebook. LINK
Perhaps try messaging from there.
He has paused new work due to health issues but is hoping to return to normal in near future.

Thank you Brian.  I checked on FB, and couldn't see any activity from him since some time in '23.
I hope, whatever his issues have been, that he is improving.

I won't bother him until he is active again.  If I'm honest, I'm losing my slot car mojo at the moment.

Best regards,
Stuart.

I can understand that, I never lose the driving mojo but do need a boost when it comes to sitting down to do 3D CAD for new chassis or painting.

Just checked again, and the C&C Designs I found on FB isn't the one in your link, Brian.

Best regards,
Stuart.

Painting mojo definitely at a very low ebb, driving mojo probably somewhere around half-tide.
This morning I brought two cars down from the attic for detail and livery application.  Seven hours later, they are still on the table where I left them.  I just can't summon the enthusiasm.

If she-who-must-be-obeyed decides she wants to watch the local news followed by The One Show this evening, I might drag my sorry a**e up the attic ladder and put in a few laps.

Best regards,
Stuart.
