Just seen this on BBC Look East via FB...a brilliant project idea
Kids designing and racing their own design Slot cars. Untold skills being learned here...and most importantly they seem to love being involved in the project.

I think this initiative started several years ago but the take-up in schools was low. I see that the Facebook page was created in 2009. A great concept that can involve pupils in several ways and departments.
