That is superb indeed.

Now are you going to do the coupe to complete the set?

Thanks for your kind comments!
@Gpa113: Yes a little quirky... With the scooter motor beneath the floor, they did make it rather tall!
Might have been a choice for craftsmen with limited resources. Sun

@Mr.M: Would love to, but it is a totally different body!
I would then have to start all this over again... Sweating

No wonder you did not know! Bigsmile

A factory in Spain built Goggos on a license, they did the construction and produced some 300 examples, obviously inspired by the Citroën Fourgonnette

They are known as Goggomobil F-350 Furgoneta.

It maybe an illusion caused by the photo, but it looks like two different wheelbase lengths for the vans.

I didn't realise that Goggos were built in Spain, that's interesting. I wonder if the popularity of the Seat (Siata) 600 Formichetta at the time could have been more of an inspiration.

Hi Carver,

Thank you for the information, that does indeed explain why they are so rare.
I wonder how many are still around now??
If any!

Looking forward to seeing the completed model.

I don't think so. I have been trawling the net... Bigsmile    Besides, It would be a complicated operation for a few cars.

@Gpa: Some of them definitely exist! (see above about the net... Sun ) It seems like some of them have been brought "home" to Germany.

Meanwhile, work continues!
I have remodeled the front of the roof to stretch it out a little bit, plus new chrome trim.

Dry-fitting some detailing before starting the final work, I think it will stay blue.
The bumpers need to be thinner!

I just noticed I have lost the door handles on the floor...
That is part of the game!

I have to correct myself...
Looking at the Spanish factory pic again, I lean toward your opinion, Mr. M! The two cars at the end of the line certainly seem to have a longer wheelbase.
Well spotted! Anyway, I stick to Goggo 350 SWB! Sun

Cheers

I must not forget about the Goggos. Sun

A simple chassis...

And a simple interior tray. The driver's body is modeled in wax, topped by a Hornet Head.

There are still some details left to do, but it is not far away.

Attaching the bumpers with 0,5mm pins.

Thanks for looking
