Hi all,
For the Spanish speaking hobbyists among us (and others too!)...
The new 68 page Spanish language magazine : Más Slot #246 - December 2022 is on sale now.
This is the last issue of Más Slot magazine for now.
That is very unfortunate, but very understandable.
See below the Google translation of the editorial by Paco Hernandez, director, announcing his decision.

Everything has a beginning and an end... 20 years and 246 magazines
The day dawns and in a few hours the sun disappears, the weeks, the months, the years, life...
Everything has a beginning and an end.
The magazine began to fill a gap that as a slot fan I thought there was.
There was only (when I started to be interested in slot cars again and I had an immense desire to learn everything),
a magazine dedicated to static cars that only had 4 or 6 pages dedicated to slot cars.
Publishing the magazine started almost as a hobby and ended up becoming my way of life for the last twenty years.
But each time it is more difficult for me to fill the pages of the magazine,
than to say about choosing a car for the cover, when I started there was an average of three candidates
each month and it was almost necessary to throw heads or tails which one to put.
They say that years are not completed one by one, sometimes they are fulfilled in five at once,
perhaps something like that has happened to me.
With which I have decided to retire now, and since there is no continuity on the part of my family,
the 246 magazine will be the last one I publish.
THANKS
To the manufacturers who have supported us by sending cars or material to do the reports and even with advertising in the magazine.
Like Fly Car Model, first with Rafael Barrios (father) and then his son Rafa.
The same as NSR, who has always supported us, first Salvatore, sadly deceased in a fatal car accident,
and then his son Andrea and has made several cars for us, and the last one, our XX Anniversary P68.
Superslot, SRC and César and his son Angel of Slot Classic.
To Pepe (q.e.p.d) from Model Hobby Red for encouraging me to create the magazine.
To all the collaborators who have accompanied us along the way over the years,
to the readers who have sent their work and reports in an altruistic and totally disinterested way and,
above all, to the fans who have bought the magazine every month, many from the first issue to now.
Every day it becomes more difficult for me to make the magazine and I think the time has come to say:
"That's all, THAT'S ALL FRIENDS!"
Paco
Note: The slot is within me and I will continue making my cars and going to some run, mainly raid.
And of course, events like the Foroslot, which will be over when you read this.
