Magazines - ePilot - 29th-Jan-21

Hello everyone,

You may already know the magazines: Jim Hunt Magazine and Slot Car Mods. If not:
With the following links you can legally download these slot car magazines for free or read them online.
They are both very well illustrated. See for yourself:
German language: http://www.jim-hunt-magazine.de/
English language: https://slotcarmods.com/
In any case, I have no commercial interest in these magazines.

Gerrit

RE: Magazines - Anthony B - 3rd-Feb-21

Thanks for the links - had a good browse through them

Always wondered how it is Called Jim Hunt (very english) but is a very German Magazine Sun

RE: Magazines - ePilot - 3rd-Feb-21

Bit strange for me too ...

As you will know for sure Jim Hunt was the 1976 Formula One winner.
So I think (only my guess) that the publisher is a huge Jim Hunt fan. Maybe someone has a better explanation...
Jim Hunt died of a heart attack in 1993 at the age of 45.

RE: Magazines - rallyhub - 4th-Feb-21

I suppose you mean James Hunt:

RE: Magazines - ePilot - 4th-Feb-21

Yes, of course ... I assumed for the sake of convenience that the publisher
also meant James Hunt. But I could be wrong.
I know the name James is often shortened to Jim.
