Well, being a naturally suspicious type, I risked my card being cloned and ordered some railway stuff, because I couldn't buy any wagons S/H off ebay for as cheap, and rather than waste Fathers money on S/H overpriced tat he spotted on ebay, I'll buy new and convert the wagons to what he was after for the same amount of beer vouchers .
TBH I can't understand the motivation for how TS&S has gone about this without advertising the fact, I can only suspect a clear-out before closing down or selling ...

The website now says the physical shop is closed to the public, and doesn't use the (previous?) owners name in the message. Perhaps whatever the deal is has been done...

Hi All,
Noticed that TSnT Orders have started to be delivered locally, we have quite a few Boys down here in OZ that are eagerly awaiting news.......
Is there any chance that some who have received their orders might post the Order Process times on their Invoices.
My Credit Card has been charged and like many, I have had not contact or notification of Order being sent

My card was charged on Friday 3rd June and order received Wednesday 8th so, allowing for weekend, 3 day delivery. No notification of despatch received but normal good service from them. Everything seems OK so I don't think you need worry.

Same for me.
Card charged Friday, parcel arrived about 3 days later, but no notification of dispatch or that the order wasn't being fulfilled.
I sent a polite email and got a pretty short reply of "stock error" and no more available
Always have had good service, but as noted, the store is closed to visitors now.
Not sure what is happening really?

I've been caught out by that 'stock error' feature before. Unfortunately, just because the drop down menu allows you to put 20 items in your basket, it doesn't necessarily mean they have 20 in stock...

On this occasion it didn't even mean that the 1 shown as in stock actually was!!
