Nice build Carver, and good choice of subject, to go with it, you could build a Vespa 400 next.
What people don't realise is that micro cars are alive and kicking in France, with Ligier of all people being a big producer.

Yes, that Vespa is a sweetie! It was never sold here, up north, although their scooters were all over the place.
I am familiar with it anyway, I had and still have, the lovely french Dinky model.
Not sure how long I will stay in the micro sigment...
If I should make a Goggo resin copy, it would be nice to make the ”Kastenwagen”.

Struggling on with the Goggo!
I have started with the bumpers to get a better view.
All this is a bit beyond my skills. But who cares as long as I am having fun!
Cheers

...and looking better and better.
It is a pleasure to follow the making of your slot-Goggo.

Well, it does not come easy! This may be the most difficult model I have ever tried to do.
But thanks for your trust and confidence...

Carver those bumpers are awesome, what have you made them from?
I thought about trying to make a set when I did my VW Crewcab but I wimped out and customised a set from Pendel.
Very clever mate.

Hi Tibbs,
The bumpers are made from 1mm and 0,5mm styrene sheets glued together. I start with 1mm and make a piece including the mounting. Then, leaving the mounting out, I glue on the thinner ones to the desired height. Finally, the over-riders are glued on.
It would of course be more classy to make them out of brass...
Cheers Carver
