That is one heck of a lot of spectators/officials/drivers! Do you know how many there are and did you paint them all yourself?

I think there are around 300+ people on the track, most not painted by me. I have another 100+ to paint and assemble etc.

Upgraded the race control stations today. Very simple but doubles the space for each driver and their things.

A fun long postponed project, two re-landscaped corners. Both suffered from same issue of cars crashing into and destroying the people and items. Also neither really made sense as it was just an extension of the roadway. 

Now both are cobblestones areas with rock pylons to protect the populace. Each pylon is a separately cast Hydrocal piece with a metal pole drilled into it and then the pole goes through the cobblestones and into the track base. That should provide some protection. 

Here is the evolution from dead speactators to completed project, albeit no detailing has been done, I just placed some figures temporarily. I do like the chain controlling the area to the garage forecourt.
