Emergency and Support Services vehicles
#61

2015, and a few more added.

A SCX Corvette Safety Car

A swap meet limited edition Mercedes McLaren SLR Fire Car

A Limited edition Welsh police version of the Scalextric Mini panda car

An SRC Porsche 914 rapid response Fire car

And finally a VW type 2 van sign-written as a Chuck Iverson van so just scrapes into the category of support vehicle I reckon. Anyway, how many vans do we get, might as well make the most of it!

Up to 2017 and I'm maybe at risk now of repeating one or two of the cars posted at the start of this thread but I'll carry on just for completeness.

This Audi R8 (yawn, yet another one made into an emergency vehicle!) was a set only release, but I managed to find one on eBay for less than £25 and won it.

Carrera released this Camaro Sheriffs car

After years of looking I finally managed to bag a boxed and unused Autoart Gallardo for about £25 when they usually went for plenty more than that. Unlike the Scalextric version this one is 4wd.

I picked up a discounted Quickbuild lego compatible set for my son for Christmas, and got one for me too. This is his one, mine is still in bits sealed in its bag.

Another van, this time a BumSlot Renault Trafic in Repsol colours with opening rear doors.

This Red Aston Martin Marshals car came from the 2017 Sot festival at Gaydon

Next a couple of Carrera Lamborghini Police & Safety cars

And finally a couple of boxed Fleischmann Porsche 911 police cars bought from the Slot festival too.

The red Aston DB5 marshal looks exactly like the one on page-1.   Bigsmile

But who's counting?  Checkeredflag

Hello Richard and all,

Felt that I should contribute so here are a couple of topical Emergency Vehicles.
Based upon 1:35 models of FIAT 697 trucks by Barlux of Italy.

Standard tipper truck with Britains snow plough attachment.

Scratch-built operational body and Siku snow-blade and Britains spreader at rear.

Ha, you noticed! Thought there'd be some duplicates but hopefully I'd put up some different photos.

If anyone is interested in a red Marshal Aston there's currently a brand new one on eBay for £120 BIN, which I'm sure is cheaper than they were new.

Looks like I've already posted the cars from 2018 and 2019 on here so I'll update this again once I've photographed my 2020 finds.

Nice selcetion of cars, Richard.

I was only teasing, my friend. I have too many "senior" moments myself these days. I always need to check that I don't double an entire build thread. Now that might be a bit more embarrasing.
