As I was up for a few hours last night with a spot of back trouble, I took my mind of the whingeing and put both doors in. The thin plastic will make glazing the side windows a doddle. Wish I could say the same about the screen!! This prototype doesn't have headlamp covers which is another reason for doing it!
Just tidy up now and start the finish.

Hi Gordon I see what you mean about the screen ,looks like it's going to be a bit of a FAFF ,

For the screen - how about the neck of a suitable water bottle (store bought type)?

I'm sure I have something here. I tend to keep any clear packaging. Lamps are a good source of curved stuff.

Pendle package arrived this morning so rear lights and filler cap just about complete the Lotus Breadvan. Need to do an interior, the glazing is getting a bit mucky.

That Gordon is a very nice model ,starting to get the hang of this aren't you !!!. The paint finish is good ,nice and shiny .There's something about it ,although not a good looking car ,there is a certain attractiveness about it
Bit like a woman I suppose !!

Thanks Jason.
Back the the Maserati, I managed to miss the fact that the left hand headlight recess wasn't smooth and I'd managed to take a chunk out of the left rear wheelarch - twit!
New pack of Milliput put to use and yet more rubbing down and finishing to come!
