DPJ - There is a 'Rest of the World' option for the Scalextric Club. The ROW membership does cost more, to cover shipping of the Club Car and catalogue package from the UK in January. It's a difference of £56 to £40. Here's the page: https://www.scalextric.com/uk-en/memberships

I presume all Club-exclusive items will need to be shipped from the UK. Shipping of the Wynn's car (or anything else) to the US  is not cheap from the UK Scalextric website - £30 or free if you spend over £200.
