February 1 there is a slot car swap meet in Mannheim n the lovely Luisenpark:

It is not as big as SlotMania but it is a great venue in the park and Mannheim has a lot to offer as well.

SlotMania is BIG... if it isn't at SlotMania it probably doesn't exist.
Seriously though... if you want anything from Carrera you can probably get it there.
There are also a LOT of 1/24 scale stuff here in Germany, no matter which meet you go to.
