Help with the C7006 Chip Lighting

From top to bottom (as per the photograph) the 4 connection pins are:

Front lights (transistor switching to GND)
+ve 12-15V DC
+ve 12-15V DC
Rear lights (transistor switching to GND)

The rear lighting circuit has functioning brake lights with standard firmware.

Thank you for you patience and clarity. This certainly is going to be the route I take. I have quite a few cars with the C7006 retro chips but only a few of them are in cars with lights so to move to the new version of the C7005 is the sensible option.
