I am not the right person to solve this problem for you.
I have no involvement or contact with any retailer and/or publisher whatsoever.
The only thing I do is post a message in this forum when I see a new publication on the internet or receive it because of a subscription. 
The only thing I can advise you is to inquire with the retailer or publisher where you bought your subscription.
