Chatter is usually something loose or binding, motor not firmly mounted in the pod, axle bearings not glued in, tyres not glued onto wheels, tyres not trued, tyres rubbing on the bodyshell, motor pod too loose, bodyshell too loose, anything else too loose or binding.
