Shenanigans Raceway

The classes run this week included: 
- Ninco 1, 
- Ninco Porsche Cup, 
- Trans-Am, 
- GT International,  
- Revoslot, 
- Slot.it LMP Modern, 
- Slot.it Can-Am, 

Missing this week was Nathan while it was great to have Stephen back with us. 

Johnno had changed a few of the RMS screens including the Main Race Screen and Heats Results screen, regrettably the Main Race screen didn't show the Leaderboard, though it showed the Next Heat racers, while the Heats screen now displays all racers on the one screen without needing multiple screenshots and editing. The Main Race screen was returned to the original screen as the Next Up Heat screen was now working... 

Car scrutineering has begun, good to report so far the cars that have been checked are compliant, though there are quite a few more cars to be scurtineered, of which I know quite a few will need to be corrected before 1st February 2023. To this point, car and racer disqualifcations will continue for all non-conpliance. 

Once again both Johnno and Paul started every heat 15 seconds behind all other racers (two laps), what a world we live in when everyone must get a Participation Trophy... 

New Lap record was set by Johnno in the GT International race. 

Disappointing to see Stephen having issues with several of his cars, it was discovered later that he had his controller settings set wrongly for the car and is still running with plastic track guides on a few of the cars. 

Thanks to Paul for providing great racing and laps, staying on the same lap with Paul is a hard task to do, he simply races great and has his cars tuned exceptionally, he has set the bar high for everyone to strive for. 

Jeff had a few False starts and is progressing well with fewer deslots and the learning curve that he is on. 

I changed things up some for the 'Run What Ya Brung (that you haven't run today)' race to add some difficulty and excitment by allowing the tyres to be cleaned before the first race and that is it, no further tyre cleaning, there was a 'complete free for all' with people changing their cars for every heat to over come the once off tyre cleaning, even though there wasn't anything wrong with the first car being used, oh well...
