Hi John,

Yes an interesting experiment. I've built two like this, one for a Mini and this Merc. It's a lot more work to get finished compared to a rigid chassis, to be honest there isn't any performance gain so I've gone back to the rigid chassis for future builds.

I'm currently working on a '65 Mustang for the Rally Slotting Proxy and that's got both types but the flexy pan chassis isn't going to be used as two centreline body posts and a floating bodyshell seems to handle better.
