So, main Le Mans lessons learnt today...
Spend time preparing your car around the motor that you put in it prior to the event, but be prepared to change stuff (e.g. gearing) once you get given handout motors.
We thought we were in a good place during practice, but had a wake up call with the loss of revs from the handouts. But we knuckled down and recreated the car we wanted by the end of Friday night qualifying. Which is what you want in order to get some sleep tonight and to enjoy breakfast tomorrow!
