Yeah, I remember the 306 Anglia, but only from books and videos :sun:
George was Starlet mounted when we started going racing loads, 1986 onwards. Wimbledon on Sundays and Aldershot on Thursday evenings, great fun. Ipswich and Arlington (Eastbourne) sometimes as well. Brilliant racing across all classes and tracks.
I used to buy racing stuff from George, and his son Steven, when he took over the sales van. Oil and Yokohama tyres mainly.
Would be great to have some National Hot Rods to paint up and build, so thank you very much for your kind offer.

All great fun, apart from the Rookie Rod which I hated. It was a Vauxhall Corsa, which I called the Vauxhall Kick it, because each time I walked past the bloody thing it got a good kick :tappingfoot:
