Yep. Can't add any more advice, all the others beat me to the good bits.
I haven't found the "dimples" to be an issue. Like others, I always put the mold marks to the inside, as the load is always to the outside of the tyres.
Once you have done a few hundred laps, the tyres will begin to show a natural taper to the outside as they wear and bed in.
The end result of that is a leaning tyre which then has full load across the width...
A lot of cars "get faster" as the wear settles in.
