I have a fancy for an Avant Slot Alpine /BMW/Golf.... but not for rally style driving just on a wood track, will they be ok ? I understand they may have a different guide that is for rally tracks, am I wrong ? again......

Extended answer...yes then if you feel the guide is too shallow fit a wood guide

So I found an NSR 997 rally, decided there are more NSR owners in the club for guidance , Avant Slot can wait for now

There's much better offerings from NSR than the 997 if you just want something for a wood track but not Rally...it is rather good on a Rally stage though

I mainly want it to use in the gt3 class and occasional use as a rally car on the same track, other nsr’s were all too expensive and lots of them already being used, confused now, is the set up different from other 997’s ?
