Wow that looks like a Scalextric salesperson's dream track. To fit the most amount of track within any space won't allow for anyone to put a car back on the track should it have an off. It also starts to get confusing to race another car with that much track.

Here's a design which just about squeezes into your space.
I tend to agree with Ken that these "plate of spaghetti" type layouts don't always make good race tracks, but the good news is that the set has so much track that there are a huge number of options available. If you get a track layout editor such as
Ultimate Racer you can have a play and create different layouts for yourself.
Here are a couple of simpler options.

I recently aquired a copy of track plan 10 but most of track plans are for 4 plus lane tracks. Probably look at cost of building two lane Mallory & Donington.
