Report
This dialog can be used to output lists to the printer or a textfile for use in other programs.
Output
Output to printer or file.
File name
This is the name of the file the report is saved to. The files are output as .csv-files. These are text files output as tables with colons separating the values (CSV). CSV-Files may be imported in spreadsheet programs.
This group of options allows printer configuration, setup of font and font size and the display of a preview image. The preview function displays the layout of the first page of the report and helps you to decide if the table fits the page.
Columns
Depending on the dialog from where you activated the report dialog there are varying selections of columns. Check and uncheck the boxes to decide about the columns to include in the report.
Graphics
Similar to the columns-option this list contains the available graphics. Graphics are available only in very few reports. They are ignored when reporting to a file.
OK
Starts the report output.
Cancel
Closes the dialog without generation of a report.
