KScheduling Qualifying
The Lap Timer 2000 Qualifying Schedule window is used to specify drivers and cars to be included in the qualifying schedule. Use the settings described below to specify the various settings for this qualifying session. Use the File | Qualify menuFile Menu to open and display the Lap Timer 2000 Qualifying Schedule window.
KRace Track
Use this entry field to specify the name of the race track that qualifying will be run on. The race track name you specify will be used for Lap Timer 2000 Qualifying Result reports.
KCompetition Class
Select the competition class from the drop list, or use the Edit button off to the right to define a newAdding & Modifying Classes competition class.
KField Size
Use this entry field to specify the number of racers that will be qualifying. You can specify between 2 and 24 drivers in a single qualifying session.
KLaps Allowed
Use this entry field to specify the number of laps allowed for each driver during their qualifying run. You can specify between 4 and 24 laps for each driver’s qualifying run.
KQualifying List
The Lap Timer 2000 Qualifying Schedule window includes a list of drivers competing in this qualifying session. You can edit and modifyEditing Qualifiers the drivers names, the cars and the lane they will use for qualifying using the buttons described below.
KEdit
Press this button to open the Qualifying EditorEditing Qualifiers window. You can also double-click your mouse on an item in the qualifying list to openEditing Qualifiers the Qualifying Editor window
KShuffle
Press this button shuffle the order that drivers will qualify. The order that drivers names appear in the Qualifying List is the same order that will be used for actual qualifying time trials.
KReport
Press this button to display the Qualifying Session Report.
KOK
Press this button to close the Lap Timer 2000 Qualifying Schedule window and save your qualifying settings.
KCancel
Press this button to close the Lap Timer 2000 Qualifying Schedule window without saving any changes you may have made.
KHelp
Press this button to open the Lap Timer Help Window and go directly to the Scheduling Qualifying topic.
