Here are some Kokomo Electricar pieces. They were made from 1928-1933 in the USA. The front arm was spring loaded always to the right so it made contact with a 2 rail fence. The fence was connected to a transformer where you could control the speed. You could also rearrange the front arm so 2 vehicles could race against each other side by side.
