'Mr Hornby' Simon Kohler has announced his retirement at the end of May. LINK  He has been the public face of the company since God was a lad and I wonder who will replace him. I don't suppose the Scalextric side of things will be much affected though as he hasn't had much to do with that side of the business for many years.
