I paid for Ultimate racer 3, or so I thought I did. It turns out I didn't include the product id at the paypal cart, assuming it was automatic (like most other software) so now it thinks I haven't paid for it. I have sent emails to uracer support, but received no reply. Does anyone have contact with the Uracer people?
I don't want to buy it twice.

Which email did you use support@uracer.org, or support@uracerweb.org? Whichever you used maybe try the other.
Pierrick who designed and runs UR is a one man band, so he may be busy, and you may have to be patient.
It's a while since I've heard from him, but if the situation continues for too much longer I could try to give him a nudge.
