Formula Libre - Rd1 - 17th March 2022
The track was as bad as I've seen it last night, 5 laps on clean tyres and suddenly the grip had gone, no surprise that the lap records weren't troubled, although Ian & Mike seemed to pull some quick times, Mike having the only sub 4 second lap all night.
The racing was hard & fast with good battles (and plenty of nerfs) through the field, in the end it came down to a last race shootout between Ian & Bernie, Ian kept his nerve and took the win, 3rd was Mike followed by John.
Les is gatting the hang of his Genesis and had a very good run on red lane, but you have to feel a little sorry for Anthony, the only one NOT running a Genesis, he ran a rebodied NSR but still had rubber tyres so considering all that he did very well.
