For some reason - this car is very very seldom made. Back in 99/00 - I found John Bacons body supply in Oz. There were drawbacks -principle being you order, pay and the get the bodies at some point in time. On average for me that was 11 months.
I thought about it, and ordered over 3 months, 3 orders of 10 bodies each. In Hindsight I am so pleased I did that, because although the quality is nowhere near the current resin builders of today, he had some cars that are still not available (either cheaply or in any quantity) today. I think of Ferrari 612, Chappy 2G, Chappy 2J, BRM Can Am, Ford J - long nose version, a Superb Alfa 33, Chappy 2A, 2A with Fins, 2C, 2C with Fins. Ferrari 512M and so on (Refer the video's of his cars and track in this thread) Joh Bacons Track and cars,
This is his 2G that after 18 years I have got around to building. Wing works based on the Phil S method, of being loose and then moving flat on acceleration and down on braking.
