Changes
#1

Over the next few weeks, or months, or possibly longer, we're going to be introducing some changes to the site.

Don't worry, this won't affect the Forum at all, but if you're brave enough to wander off piste, you might well find that things look a little different.

I'm obviously hoping to make this totally airtight and seamless, but with around 500 pages to change, I'm not going to kid myself that there won't be mistakes.

So if you happen to spot anything that's wrong, could be better, or is just plain useless, please feel free to shout up.

The first section I've changed is British Racing Greens, and the basic template will be similar throughout the site, so let me know what you think.

Great information on the history of the tracks.

A very kind tribute to 640 men that willingly gave their lives for the price of our freedom.

Nicely done.

Great stuff Jason. Really interesting and a worthwhile addition to the information on this site.

I started reading but it will take a while to get through it all so returned to my breakfast. The sub editor in me immediately spotted a missing comma after 'and indeed the world'Tappingfoot

Is this the sort of whinge you want? Cool

Gordon, I was half expecting you to tell me something wasn't working properly, so a missing comma is definitely the sort of problem I like, as it's easily fixed. Thumbup

I've now moved the Grand Prix section and the Manual over to the new format.

The Manual also has a new section on power supplies, thanks to Brian and Andy. Thumbup

Just in case you haven't already found it on the way here, we now have a new, and hopefully improved home page. I'm hoping to provide more regular updates than I managed on the old home page, so it should be a worth a look every now and then.

I've also added a new section, Slotcar Alley, which has loads of useful links, but hopefully presented in a more engaging way than just a list of text links, as we had before.

Hello Jason and thank you. Its great to have a slot-car forum that is progressive and keeping relevant.
The slot-car hobby is alive and well here.
