Lockdown time
#1

I had to find something to do to spend lockown time  so here it is, Alfa Romeos GTam and GTA 1/32(both Team Slot) and 1/24 (static kits GTA Gunze GTam Mr Hobby)
All chassis,motor pods,guides and 1/24 wheels are 3d printed

Any Alfa is a good Alfa. I'm surprised to find I only have one in the 'collection'. Must get it running again.

Hi Alexis,

I’m interested in how you produce your 3D printed guides.  How are they printed and in what material?  How well do they last?

The SureChange guides I make are SLS for the strength of nylon - I haven’t tried printing them myself on my Ender 3 yet.

Slot cars are not life and death.  They are so much more than that  Cool

Hi,i have experimented woith PLA and ABS at first,i had several of them brake (the blade snaped) during a race and gave up for some time.Recently i tried carbon fila and pet.It seems that pet is the best choice but have no track to test them as i am stuck at home.I will tell you when we are free to go out again, not this month though
