He followed me here as a friend. I tried to convince him to post some history of his builds and experiences. But it's way too much information to transfer.
Here's a small sample of his work from another forum. They were nice enough to pin his thread. But, Photobucket will likely be deleting pics over time. Read it while you can.
Jason. My humble apologies in advance to you for a link to another forum. These are unique circumstances.

Ken, we don't have any problem with links to other forums, as long as it's relevant, which this obviously is.

Bill was a great guy and very supportive of some of us HO enthusiasts here in the UK as we diversified and explored the hobby beyond the typical Tyco/AFX club and collector scene. Goop was cooked up, chassis scratch-built and the early 3D printed stuff tried out. Bill sent over a few packages to me and Gareth in Brighton with goodies to try.
Bill was keen to send some cars to the pandemic-era proxy drag races, but it didn't quite happen. His skill, enthusiasm, wonderful sense of humour and outlook on life will be sorely missed.

Oh no, I’m sorry for your loss…
He truly was a remarkable builder, hopefully I can restore some of the fotos with the way back-machine. His builds are one of a kind.
Edit:
My first attempt to restore the older photographs with the wayback machine didn’t work. It would be a pity if his photobucket archive would get lost. According to his post in the other forum he had over 10.000 photographs stored I n this account and made one car per week.

I miss Bill. I was reading though some of his messages tonight. He was like a grand dad on the forums...

As a matter of fact, Bill is the one who told me about this place.
I had lost this site after we moved, and reading Bill's messages directed me here again.
I don't think I've been on here since 2021
