Just arrived :

Its good to see at least one slot car maker still asking reasonable money for quality cars  Bigsmile

Also on its way, a white kit 512M.
I hope to make that into this version, if my airbrushing abilities can live up to my hopes  Rofl

I haven’t spent much time with the Porsche or Nissan because of building the white kits in the front row. ThThe 512 is a very nice car on the eyes and on the track.

An oldie and a newie

Revell E-type was a huge surprise for me, the photo doesn't do it justice.  This will get one of my 3D chassis.

Revo Alfa is a beauty...and last nights first track test after setting it up at home shows this range of cars from Revo are going to be untouchable in our clubs 'Small Sports/Saloons' class for standard cars.  Class width - 54mm across the tyre walls, 9mm tyre width max.

The Alfa GTA will get a navigator, Rally plates and possibly spotlights.

Had my own version of the Bullitt car chase this morning. I nipped out for some milk and found an "unable to deliver your parcel" card from postie on my return. This normally means a trip to the sorting office ten miles away to collect it so I set off round the village in hot pursuit of the red van. Found one a few blocks away but that was the letter van so off we go again and caught up with the parcel van just as he was leaving for the next village.

Delivery from those nice people at inaslot retrieved and unpacked. Very pretty it is too:

I missed out on this one first time round so time to unbox my McQueen Mustang and go for a little chase round the track methinks.
