Similarly with #202, there were two #201s in the November 1965 edition, and then they carried on with #203 in December.
So again it was probably just a mistake with numbering.

There's a bit of a theme developing here, but one of the #207s in Model Cars, February 1966 should almost certainly have been numbered as the missing #208, since the March edition starts the numbering at #209.

#244 is not missing, but it's not a mistake either, as the July 67 of Model Cars actually says that PP #243 & 244 are combined, since it deals with two cars.
