It was a superb race and an amazing climax. The highlights aren't available yet, but the final 55 minutes are...

That was an amazing overtake by Pier Guidi.
That's a fast corner and in the wet and with the amount of marbles after all that racing, I doff my cap

Difficult to condense an exciting 24 hours into only 18 minutes - and it's mostly the final stages, of course. And that amazing overtaking move.
There's no footage of the big crash at Radion. Jack Aitken is a lucky guy - all that was left of his Huracán was the cockpit and him in it. He was stable in hospital with a broken collarbone, cracked vertebra and bruising to his lungs. Davide Rigon was discharged from hospital after a few hours - albeit with a precautionary back brace. Kévin Estre and Franck Perera were fine after assessment and treatment at the circuit medical centre.
Estre said: "I was behind Nick Tandy and down in Eau Rouge, and there was the Ferrari just in front of him on the normal racing line. I was also normal on the racing line and then suddenly I saw a lot of smoke and a lot of debris in front of me over the crest. It was quite a big hit, which spun me and brought me into the barrier. Nick could pass I think on the left side. And then there was Perera, which was just behind Aitken with the other Lamborghini, which hit him basically and brought him into me. So I think that's how it happened, but I'm not sure yet. As I said, I couldn't really see - we have to wait for the onboard."
Rigon and Estre have less than three weeks before their next 24 hour race - at Le Mans. Iron Lynx have three Ferraris running in LMGTE Am. The Pro class is a Corvette-Ferrari-Porsche battle, Am is full of Ferraris, Porsches and Astons. Can't wait.
