I would also add to Greg's "rant" about not sharing info that "trash talking" is also ridiculous to the highest degree.

On our analog tracks at the club I am always last or next to last and if a guy trying to pass me starts making jibes like "don't put up a fight man, you have no chance..." I want to laugh hysterically out loud...
