After posting a thread about this car. Someone informed me that Tamiya is clearing these body kits out at $5 each direct from their website. So I bought a couple more.

Six have already been spoken for (including my blue one). Eight more body kits are still available to the rest of the club.

   

The track test was last Saturday. It runs well. Now to finish the rest of the details.

I might consider creating some exhaust tips out the back holes.

Good idea !!,......easy to do, and makes a big difference.

Get some "Blacken-it" or similar (from Amazon),.....brush some on to some clean brass tube for 20/30 seconds, rinse with water and you are done,.......give a nice "weathered" steel finish.
