The last lot managed to last just over a year, which is some sort of record for me. I'm a pudding freak. Probably because I tend to make half a dozen bowls of the stuff!

Nor sure how good a traveller it might be.

Yesterday's was a bit light but it only had four hours in the steamer. The 'real' thing will have six and then another two or three on the day of devouring.
