I suspect the real culprit is the cockpit/interior, it is only thin plastic, very much like that of lexan and I think the vibration is just made worse by this think plastic.

I've also noticed there is one rear tyre rubbing on the inside of the body which I am to adjust, will do that now since I have taken a break from relocating the gantry etc on the track, time for a diffferent item to work on
