The joys of gardening
#12

Scything our meadow, then collecting up the grass. Absolutely knackering work.

You must have worked pretty hard to collect it all in three hours.

It was somewhat tiring!! I'm now suffering the results. My back has been fragile for some time. I had three herniated (slipped) discs a while ago and now one of the lower vertebrae has lost its disc altogether and is rubbing on the next one. Not sure how long it will be in the present climate before it can be looked at but I suspect a period of pain is upon me.

This why I'm up at this time of night! The joys of ageing.
