No, it's Analog Kev! You'd need a Trackmate Timing Kit or an Arduino Kit.
If you don't have those, tell me what you do have and I can highly likely build it in.

All the features are just rulesets basically: 'if this, then that' or systems that work based on laptime etc.
A pitstop for example gets triggered by 'if lane sensor stays blocked for x seconds, then start pitstop'. All of the Systems can be turned off making it only count laps and laptimes.
