There's another way to race.

Make a track and host races.

If you build it. They will come. 

It's a bit more work and money at the start. But, look at all the travel time and gas you'll save forevermore.

That pretty much looks like what I'm going to do. I'm on my third track build. This one is going to be a routed MDF track. I was just looking for someone who might be have some tips on the build who is local.

Once you build a routed track. You'll have a hard time going back to plastic.

Best of luck with it. More people are making their own routed tracks these days. There should be lots of advice on the forums.
