Scalextric Jaguar - E-Type: modified C8515
Another Jaguar, this time from the latest tooling, the ubiquitous E-Type .............![[Image: dribble.gif]](https://www.slotforum.com/forums//public/style_emoticons/default/dribble.gif)
This latest tooling has much more detail than of old which comes at the
expense of the amount of plastic used ....
There was just enough space in front of the motor to fit a new-style C8515.
The chip is canted over slightly because of the curved floor space and to
ensure clearance from the propshaft. The arrows indicate the positions for
the lighting wires.
The underside showing the infra-red LED beacon. The curve on the front of
the chassis can now bee seen.
The view of the rear side lights. The car is shaking around a bit as the motor
has to run for the shot. Note biro holding it in place .....![[Image: smile.png]](https://www.slotforum.com/forums//public/style_emoticons/default/smile.png)
The view of the brake lights.
The essential headlight shot ... there is no other light than what is coming
from the screen, no flash, nothing .....
