If you want a complete comparison between Oxygen and Scorpius you need to address all the differences.

And the biggest difference is availability! I can buy Oxigen components, controllers, chips, dongles etc., all over Europe. As a club I could even contact Mr. Ferrari, who by my knowledge doesn't have an account here, and he will personally come and help me setting it up.

Now where can I buy Scorpius? 

Professor Motor used to sell multiple items but currently only has a few controllers for sale. They're in the USA.
You sell via your own website, you're in Australia.
Ade is your reseller in Britain, that is no longer a member of the EU.

Sa as a club if I would buy a complete setup for 10 to 15 members I would be severely penalised by import taxes and Vat.

Apart from that there would be no-one to give support, or would Ade come to f.e. Germany and stay there for a couple of days to help, on his own costs of course. 

Even if Scorpius is technologically superior as an European club I wouldn't buy it.
