That report has removed a lot of trial and error for newbies.
Thank you so much for taking the time to prepare and share.
One thing as an alternative that I have used in the past to great effect is to use expansion foam, rip bits off as required use dishcloth soaked in watered down PVA to soften and then decorate.
Not as good as the plaster option but it is quite a bit lighter.
