Do whatever it takes to make you happy to paint.   

I'm not quite that keen just yet.

Just one tip, thoroughly clean it out after each use, take the needle out and make sure it's spotless then each time you use it will perform the same. 

If you get lazy like me and think it's clean enough you'll be cursing it one day as you'll be adjusting all sorts and think there's something wrong with it.

I actually did that on my first use, more out of curiosity than anything else, I love pulling things apart to see how they work and saw the amount of paint still on there after a full water flush, will be doing that from now on too. As well as reaming the nozzle.
