3M have some interesting looking products that may be good:

Super Fast Instant Adhesive SF20
Plastic & Rubber Instant Adhesive PR100
Plastic & Rubber Instant Adhesive PR1500
Super Fast Instant Adhesive SF100

All listed as used for rubber and metal (amongst other materials)
