I have two of the "Edwardian" FIATS offered by George Turner - Beast of Turin and the standard FIAT GP car.  Not done much other than paint the bodies and purchase tyres.

Will be following your project closely.

I've also got The Beast and one of his Fiats.
To answer Anthony B's question and reply to yours, I used the size of the Georges Fiat to get my chassis made up.
The Fiat of Georges is similar shape to Flying Fiona.
When I get to the body work I'm going to either chop parts of the body off, and make my own panels, ie firewall, sides, bonnet so I can hinge it to open.
I might use the radiator and the section where the dash is but it will need a lot of modification.
I'm planning on making a frame like the actual car that the panels sit over.
I'm trying to think ahead how each section will marry up, I sort of figure it out as I approach each section.
The rear section I think might be balsa as that's the only way I can get that shape.
