I am unsure what you mean by shoulder size, but the central ridge is the same width and height across the range, with a possible exception on the F1 hubs.
Most size slot it tyres will fit the 15.8, 16.5, 16.9 or 17.3 rims, and give the dimensions listed on their chart.
