Controller and Ohm's
#12

No one has yet mentioned the excellent Professor Motor range of electronic controllers.
The 2010 model was my first foray into electronic controllers....adjustable sensitivity and adjustable braking....it tamed the wild ff motors  Scalextric were using and I even ran some 16D vintage motors with it.

At the time of purchase the Slotit item was just released...The PM controller was a similar price but operated much more effectively. ie the Slotit had more knobs and settings but the effective range seemed very limited.

my PM controller is about fifteen years old now and is the default controller on my track. I keep my race controllers (Carsteen) secreted away out of sight.
